When my gas stove broke, I was able to schedule service for the next day. Alex showed up on time, was friendly and professional. He had the parts ready and was able to explain the issue and the steps he would be taking to repair it. We are very happy with the service.

I received immediate attention to a call for a badly cracked glass cooktop. In fact, the technician (Roee/Roy) called me earlier than my scheduled inspection date because he happened to be in my area. The unit is fairly old but Roee managed to find the exact replacement (Frigidaire) and the piece also arrived more quickly than anticipated. Thanks so much for the professional, prompt and personable service.

Alex installed our dual fuel range. He was extremely professional and polite and was able to provide us with the most effective and efficient solution. We needed our oven to work for the holidays and they were able to come in on Christmas Eve morning to complete the installation.

I was very pleased.
Roy was the service man who repaired the hood fan, the stove and both of the dishwasher drawers also need new parts, as all of the above needed attention within a few weeks. He was quick, knowledgeable and went over and above what was asked of him. He repaired the handle on the dishwasher door and serviced my Subzero fringe and freezer drawer.
I much appreciate everything Roy did for me and will wholeheartedly recommend Unimaster for any appliance service.

They were actually able to fix our gas oven (which was having issues with the spark module). The first repair guy we got (from a different company) struggled to figure out what was wrong. But Unimaster fixed it quickly and competently.

From the first contact through the completion of the work Alex was wonderful to deal with. He responded promptly to my email looking for someone to disconnect my old gas range and install my new one. He was clear explaining to me what to expect, he gave me notice when he was on his way and again 10-15 minutes prior to arrival. Alex was respectful of my home, completely prepared , thorough and courteous. He ensured everything was working properly and I was happy with the work before packing up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex and he will be my first call for any of my future appliance service
