Ordered a monthly subscription for my mother this past year and she could not have been happier with her gift. The communication and attention to details was wonderful but what garnered the 5 stars is the quality of the bouquets...no carns or filler junk ..and their exceptional eye for combinations and style. Thank you for bringing beauty and style to my mother for the past 12 months. Turly the best floral experince we have had!

I recently sent an arrangement (bouquet) to an artistic friend just recovering from serious surgery. I left it up to the owner to create something artistic, yet cheerful. My friend LOVED the bouquet and said it was the nicest flowers she has ever received. Just now, 2 weeks later she sent me a photo of the bouquet and titled it: Still going. Not only were the flowers interesting, the greenery was beautiful... Lovely interesting tropical leaves. Love how long the bouquet is lasting. Will definitely be a repeat customer, if I need flowers in Toronto area again.

Requested a loose cut flower bouquet to be sent to my sister with something atypical and they nailed it. My sister loved the mix and I loved the combination and tones they picked. Highly recommend from the quality of service to the quality of flowers.

Whle I nomrally order online and they have become my favourite florist over these past 18 months. I dropped by last minute yesterday at the studio. Super friendly, and helpful. This was my first time at the studio the vibe is so beautiful and wecloming and the place is stunning. They created the most gorgeous bouquet while we discussed how my German Shep was doing (owner has one and she had some great insight). Honestly probably one of the best eyes in the buisness for compopsition and style. Have never been disappointed. Thanks for pulling everything together for me, my friend loved it.

Arranged for a six month subscription of flowers for my sister to be delivered as a pick me up. She has been working from home since Covid started and needed something pretty to look at to give her a boost. The subscription ended this month so I want to thank you for your flexibility in the deliveries and for helping me lift her spirits. She so loved her gift you really made a positive impact in her life.

The Chocolate Tulip is simply amazing. I am an artist. I really appreciate the artistry of the arrangements here. They are spectacular and intriguing. The staff is so helpful. They made an arrangement for me that was unbelievably beautiful. I wish I had taken photos so I could paint it. Unfortunately I had already gifted it to my dear friend before I thought of that. So, I will be returning this week to treat myself to one of these lovely creations.

Great experience ordering through them online for pickup at their studio. They are unique, have a great eye, the combinations of the flowers were so inspiring, wish I had that talent.
I was so late getting there and had forgotten my phone so could not call but they waited for me and were gracious and super kind. They didn't have to it was prepaid and I arrived 30 min past closing so appreciative that they stayed.
A boutique first class florist is how I would describe them. peeked around when I was picking up will be back, some unusual goodies in there.

Many years ago I received a dozen of the most wonderful white roses with just a whisper of peach at the core from The Chocolate Tulip. The arrangement also contained one deep purple flower making it both simple and breathtaking at the same time. Since then I have only ordered flowers from The Chocolate Tulip and have never been disappointed. The arrangements have been perfectly designed in keeping with the circumstances and contained unique flowers put together in a very artistic way. Over the years I had sent a number of arrangements to a longtime friend to mark certain events. She died recently

I had previously posted a negative review based on the gift we received. See my original review below. We did not contact the store, but to our surprise, they sent us a replacement flower arrangement, obviously having seen our negative review and figuring out who posted it. The new arrangement is gorgeous and the fact that the store replaced the original one unsolicited is very impressive. Obviously we should have contacted them with our concerns rather than posting a "flame" rating.

Well, I said I would gladly return, and I did. Wanted to surprise my niece with some flowers for her post-marriage dinner. The table arrangements were long and low and exotic--positively exquisite. And the bride loved the small, elegant nosegay she could set on the table.

This studio produces positively yummy work with noteworthy creativity. Really listens to client needs and responds with high levels of intuition--a real artistic gift. My new florist of choice.

So happy did a little dance. I just received the best flower delivery ever. I got my sister flowers from here before the holidays and was hoping she would get my not so subtle hint and would get me something for my birthday from here ...boy oh boy did she.

I went to The Chocolate Tulip on Christmas Eve without having an order. The ladies in there were so nice and accommodating even though the store was busy with other orders. They made me a beautiful and creative arrangement with a personal touch, at an incredible price. The flower selection is incredible and so fresh. The receiver of the flowers was so happy and couldn't stop talking about them- you made me look good!
Thank you so much for your amazing service and product. Next time I'm in Toronto I'll make an excuse to buy someone flowers just so I can experience your store again
