Head table, gift table, cake table, & guest registry table, draped and skirted (none decorated). Option to add fancy cocktails, liquors, premium brands, etc. to bar for an additional cost. The traditional wedding banquet. Treat your guests to a delightful dinner fit to the atmosphere and theme of your special event.
Toronto's hidden gem when it comes to event venues. With a lakefront view and a 75 foot patio facing the lake, your guests will be able to enjoy an intimate and elegant affair. The Henley room has floor to ceiling windows all along the lakeside so your guests can enjoy the view of the lake. At night there is a stone fireplace that adds ambience to the room.
Includes: house wine, domestic beer, host brand liquor, mix, juice, water, soft drinks, champagne for toast, and certified bartenders. Single Malt Whiskey, Port, liqueurs, imported wines and specialty/imported beers also available, prices upon request. If you have a preference for a particular wine, beer or brand of liquor, this can be accommodated in most cases, prices on request.
Roasted beets on Belgian endive with candied walnuts, goat cheese, and balsamic reduction. Caramelized pears with brie and candied walnuts on a fresh buttered baguette with fresh mint. Imported and domestic cheeses, assorted Italian meats, grilled vegetables, and assorted olives. Artichokes, marinated wild mushrooms, hummus, spicy white bean spread, assorted herbs, breads and crostini beautifully decorated and garnished.

Our wedding had been originally at a full service venue but after countless postponements, we decided to have a backyard garden wedding last minute. With only a month to plan, we found Blair's and were completely blown away right from the start. From their menus, full service planning options, amazing customer service and food tasting we knew they were it. They were always available for questions, suggestions and countless emails/calls back and forth and really delivered on the day of our event. Paulyn and Mark were amazing, their staff was incredible and really took care of us and our guests

We used Blair's Catering for our wedding. From start to finish, our experience was incredible. The food is amazing, Paulyn and Mark are so lovely and answered all the (many) questions I sent their way, and the service at our wedding was fantastic! We were recommended to Blair's from a friend of a friend, and we would not hesitate to recommend Blair's to anyone catering an event.

Well we got married on April 30 2016 and found Blairs Catering through a very good friend. From the first telephone call and meeting with Mark i knew that we had found a fabulous caterer and that it would all go really well. The service that they gave us was fabulous and very professional as well, especially when it was a particularly busy weekend for them. The food was fabulous and still get people asking us now who it was that did the catering and that the idea of food stations was a great idea. So thanks once again for all the hard work that you guys did to make our day a very very special one
