Catering By Simply BBQ

We used Simply BBQ for a company BBQ on a jobsite in Mississauga. Everything from the initial communication with the office staff, to the quotation to the actual event was flawless. The team was prompt in setting everything up and when it was time to eat everything moved very smoothly. The set up was very impressive and the staff were professional and courteous! Fantastic job!!!

Everyone was amazing! Super friendly and helpful.
They set up and tore down with minimal instruction and left our lawn/premises spotless; exactly how it was when they arrived.
From booking, to setup and everything in between they were a pleasure to work with. I am very impressed with the whole team.

After just having had our second annual BBQ hosted by Simply BBQ, I can say without a doubt that they are the best! We have our annual company appreciation BBQ hosted by them and having said that, we will most certainly continue to use them going forward yearly. From the moment you come in contact with their in office staff, you immediately feel like you become part of the family. Particularly Kayla and Nicole, such a pleasure to work with and such genuine professionalism. They make preparation for the event so easy, as they work on every detail and keep you up to date right up until the event

We had SO many compliments on the food. People were raving about it! The servers were wonderful! They stood outside in that heat, in masks, in front of a BBQ for a long time. I can’t imagine how hot they must have been. But they did an incredible job and I couldn’t be happier!
The staff was super responsive, I must have sent a dozen emails and they were so patient and kind explaining how things will work.

The team from Simply BBQ is packing up right now and I must say that they did an amazing job. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the folks on the ground. All aspects of today's event were handled with utmost professionalism and they were a bunch of really nice people too! Our staff were very happy with the food, many comments on how nice the burgers were. The Roasted Corn was soooo good; I highly recommend you add that to your event. It was a big hit with the employees at a very reasonable additional price. I don't want to leave out the office staff, they were always quick to answer

We used Simply BBQ for our rustic greenhouse wedding and I think they were the best part. The set up was phenomenal, the staff were super friendly and most importantly, the food was delicious. The coordinators at head office were friendly and easy to deal with from the start - they were also very flexible and helped us with any ideas we might have.… We also used their ice cream truck for our late night dessert option and that was also amazing. It was on time, lots of options for our guests and the guy inside running the truck was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Simply

Every aspect of the Simply BBQ service was exceptional! From setting up my date, and adjusting my order to arriving promptly and ready to serve on the specified time, they went above and beyond! The food was delicious and I got nothing but compliments from all of my wedding guests. Even at the end of service when we ran into a large amount of leftovers, the servers were accommodating and happy to help up out. They helped make our wedding day memorable and perfect by not having us stress about one of the most important parts - the food! I would recommend Simply BBQ to anyone who would like great

Been using you guys for three years now, For our Work Appreciation BBQ for our amazing workers . We always have had and always get Amazing Service every time. The workers are always Happy and great with their service. The event team Led by Brady was amazing , ready to answer anything, The Steak, Chicken sausage and burgers were done just perfect. Looking forward to many many many more BBQ with you guys Thank you for always being amazing with service, food and a great group of amazing workers

This is our 3rd year using Simply BBQ for our Resident Appreciation family bbq night and each year just keeps getting better. We are already booked for next year!!! The attendance has risen to approximately 200 people including children who just go crazy over the giant inflatable bouncy castle. The staff are always well prepared with a smile on… their faces, ready for a party rain or shine. The food was delicious, fresh and hot which included hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken breasts and veggie burgers. As side dishes the participants enjoyed corn on the cob, Caesar salad, potato salad and pasta

Had them visit us at the Milton pumping station today its second time we used them food was great service was great ... Fantastic job guys thanks again and expect to hear from us in the spring

We have booked our annual bbq once again with Simply BBQ. NCA unfortunately had issues with the original scheduled date and had to reschedule it. Customer Service was accommodating and changed the date for us with no charge. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and for accommodating NCA.

We have tried them three times. First time was okay, but they broke a tree backing up at the barbecue location and the ribs were tough. Second time their truck spewed hydraulic fluid all over the driveway and they killed about fifty square feet of grass in the backyard. This time we had hurricane rains, and had to cancel. Their response was not customer service focused at all. We will not be using them again.
