Gary and his staff took great care of my family. I never found and hidden fees or twisted clauses in any of the paperwork.

Do not go to this place for a loan. They did nothing but lie to me and use the system to their advantage. I was told my loan fee was going to be 875$ total, but what Gary Neumann doesn’t tell you is that he goes to a lender for the money and guess what!!!! the lender works for Niagara Regional Mortgages. This way he is allowed through lending rules to charge you double the fee. Total scam in my opinion. Whatever fee he tells you double it. Also I was told the fee was 875$ But when I sign the papers he changed the amount to 5000$. Yes $5,000.00 and when I questioned the amount of the fees through
