Glenora Medical Clinic
Our friendly receptionists, Lisa and Chris, are the first people you will meet when you come into the clinic. Their job is to take phone calls, book appointments, greet patients and update your contact information. They help to keep the doctors' schedules in good order and keep us running on time. This isn't all they do but they are an important part of our team as they are the first point of contact for you as a patient.

Once you have been registered by our receptionists and had a seat in the waiting room, you will be called by one of our medical office assistants, Robyn or Jordan. Our clinic coordinator, Nancy, has been with the clinic longer than some of the doctors! She is the most senior member of our staff and has been at the clinic since 1999.

I called this clinic for the first time today to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone hung up on me after I kindly asked her not to speak over me because it made it difficult for me to keep my train of thought. I called back to ask what her name is so I could contact her supervisor and share my experience. She refused to give her first name and after I calmly told her that patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, she hung up on me for a second time.

Terrible service by whomever answered the phone. I acknowldge that I called the wrong clinic (I was looking for the medicentre downstairs from Glenora Clinic) and they probably get a lot of these calls, but the lady on the phone was rude, and hung up on me. Become a doctor if you want to have such terrible patient manner.

The ladies at the front desk of this clinic are constantly rude. I’ve been here a couple times in the last year and they always make you feel unwelcome and have tons of attitude. I feel as though if I’m already standing in a clinic it’s because I’m vulnerable and not because I want to be chastised for trying to get medical advice from a professional..

Have been a patient here for years. Staff are friendly and efficient. Office space has several chairs to wait. Wait times are generally short. 4 physicians share space here. Parking lot of the building can be quite congested at times causing delay. I usually arrive early to combat any tardiness. Overall, am very pleased with the medical attention given here as well as lab and x-ray within office building too.

Staff have always been decent and respectful. The nurse that works for Dr. Craig is always super friendly with my boy even if he's throwing a fit and throwing punches.

Some doctors are great. Dr.Thompson however was rude and im pretty sure he forgot about me when he said he is coming back but he didnt come back until an hour after and only said "oh i got caught up". I was literally the only patient there. He walk in the room, gave me what i needed and walked back out. No consideration to patients whatsoever.

Not to sure of the name of this lady but I have delt with her before. She is one of the front desk ladies and I am pretty sure she is the youngest of them taking calls and setting up appointments. I have had to book with her on more then one occasion and almost every time she has been rude but today was the last straw. I called in to book an appointment and she was incredibly rude to me. The last time I called she hung up on me because she had gotten all the information she needed to book the appointment but I still had wanted to clarify the time and date which didn't happen because she decided
