I called this clinic with a general inquiry, and had the genuine pleasure of speaking with the clinic manager.
I understand that clinics can get very busy, and time is a highly valuable asset; While my inquiry was simple in nature, she took the genuine time to provide me with additional important details and information, some things I hadn't considered, which were helpful to my concern.
The genuine respect and high level of care I received here, even not being there in person, needs to be recognized, as it is an excellent indication of the treatment I would have received had I come in person

The doctor (can’t remember his name) gave me a horrible assessment on my anxiety. Instead of asking me questions on my anxiety he just wrote “yes or no” in the blanks. I couldn’t believe the how unprofessional he was. Therefore I got denied on my Canadian armed forces program. Would not recommend this place.

Based on my two visits, the negative reviews and comparing the services with other similar doctors
Dr. DURAR doesn't give required service as a doctor.
He is so careless and he doesn't go further to investigate the matter, if i did follow his instructions i would have gone to a much worst situation.
Anyways i believe this Dr. needs a serious conversations with the management in this clinic before he causes something major to someone.
And i don't believe any positive reviews here are certified

Hands down the best clinic ever! I can't say enough how great my visits are. The front end staff and nurse are AMAZING! I have see both doctors there and they are great. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs medical care for a small issue or a more complex condition. You won't be disappointed. Thank you guys for the great care every time.

Dr Durar, Mahmud, Literally the worst doctor in history! Very cold, arrogant. Never smiled. Kept on interrupting my words without really listening what's really my concern and problem. Seems like he can't wait to push all of his patients out of the door........ and randomly prescribed me medicine that is totally the opposite of what I need which made my situation worse. never met a doctor like this!

I was super happy with this clinic at first. It is near me and the staff is friendly. Today that changed. The month of November I had a serious bout of sinus, flu and headache problems. With my employer I have to provide a note for each day I am sick no exceptions. We work in close quarters and are not permitted to come in as others can pick it up easily. I was not able to make it into the clinic yesterday when I was unable to work because of the severity of how I was feeling. Today I went in after work to get a note for yesterday.
The doctor on duty asked if I was able to work today. I said yes

This place is awful. I didn't even make it past reception to see a doctor. They wanted to charge me $40 to see a doctor because I am a bc resident and didn't have my physical card. Then they were going to charge me $20 for a sick note. Both of these things are understandable and at the discretion of the clinic. But have a working debit machine on site if that's th case. Clearly owned by cheap people.
