We are a beautiful warm yoga studio in Regina, Saskatchewan. We have been serving the community for 14 years. Our vision and mission is to share the gift of yoga with as many people as possible. Our intention is to create a peaceful and supportive environment and to enrich students lives with the teaching of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga.

Yoga is about feeling strong and centered. We want to help increase your strength and flexibility in mind and body. Evolve your yoga through a regular practice with our classes, courses and workshops. We believe that by focusing on balance, healing and mind/body awareness we can create a life that is fulfilling supplying us with the energy to share with others.
Services
I am the founder and owner of Yoga Haven. My classes are designed to inspire and challenge you to find your edge in all aspects of yoga. We focus on pranayama, intentions, strength, and flexibility. My intention is to evolve our yoga on all levels and explore postures in creative yet authentic ways.
Focus will be on variations of physical postures(asanas) with emphasis on strength and flexibilty. Breath work, meditation, present moment awareness, and relaxation. Vinyasa Yoga - Focus will be on moving with the breath through asanas with mindfulness of alignment. We will be working with core and more advanced postures.
We will be exploring a practice of yoga and ayurveda. Participants agree to explore the daily rhythms of meditation, postures, food preparation, and self care techniques. Together on this sadhana we will be commiting to a daily yoga/mindful movement and meditation practice and dina charya (daily ayurvedic practice) for 21 days.
Unnata Yoga offers authentic yoga with the support of a soft, aerial fabric hammock to explore, refine and advance traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground. In an Unnata class, you'll relax and realign the body, center the mind and uplift the spirit. Lori will guide you to experience physical release, refined strength, energetic flow, and awareness of breath, body and bandhas.
You may already be familiar with the beauty and magic of Tulum. Join us for an unforgettable experience here on this beach for one week of yoga, warm sunshine and delicious food. We will be exploring the ancient practices of yoga and ayurveda in this beautiful yoga room overlooking the ocean with salt air breezes and palm trees swaying in the wind.
