East studio location(312 University Park Drive) and one South Harbour Landing studio location(4830 Gordon Rd) next to Canadian brewhouse and across from Winners. We provide hot/warm classes ranging from Advanced Hot Yoga to Gentle Warm Yin. The studios employ modern radiant heaters to heat the rooms and an HVAC circulating filtered system to provide that HOT experience and fresh oxygen levels.

The studio was designed with high environmental standards in mind. An HRV system brings in oxygenated air to ensure a fresh air system is moving through the hot studio at all times. Balance, breathing, energy, flexibility, mental focus, strength, energy levels, detoxification, stress reduction and overall well being are just a few things you may feel after visiting Quan's Hot Yoga.

Yoga changed my life completely. Early 2005 I had a neck injury comprised of herniated discs in three parts of my upper neck featuring extreme pain and numbness. Doctors said that only surgery would help me get back to a normal everyday life. What followed was tremendous stress and depression. The end of that year When the chance came to visit Bali of Indonesia I went the my first yoga class featured on the beaches of Bali.
Yoga and hot yoga can have many benefits such as improved flexibility, increased strength and bone density, reduced anxiety and stress levels. Through attending regular Hot Yoga classes one can experience the feeling of post class euphoria along with a more focused mind and increased body awareness.
We ask that you please remove your shoes when you enter and stay quiet while you're in the studio. Arrive 15 minutes prior to classtime. Turn all cell phones off prior to class time and cellphons not permitted in the studio. Refrain from wearing perfumes or fragrances out of concern for others. Hot Fusion series of postures that combines Hot Foundation with Vinyasa Flow(hot flow).
Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind and spirit. Many people think yoga is just stretching. While stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.
Join Arbely Rubalcava for an in-depth course on Ashtanga's Primary Series. This Training and Immersion uses the traditional Vinyasa and postures to structure a deep exploration of the philosophy and practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Students will develop their practice through Ashtanga classes and weekend workshops.

I have started my yoga journey here at Quan's. I have only taken the odd class (Usually Cat Yoga) around town, but want to give Hot Yoga a try. So far I am loving it. I started with the introductory week pass, and have since updated to their 6 week pass. I am looking forward to journeying with all the teachers, and their styles! All teachers are approachable, the class sizes are small, and everyone is nice! no judgements. The studio is immaculately clean, and well kept. I do feel sorry for the tenants who live above the studio as it must get HOT in that apartment :P
