HUGE increase in prices in the menu recently. Menus online are not updated so we expected a certain price and were hit with at least a 33% increase in a salad. So if you're wanting chicken on a salad, you're looking at around $20. Food is never better than "just okay" and is expensive. People don't care if you haven't had a price increase in 5 years. They just know it's a ridiculously high amount to increase. Keep your customers and increase regularly but reasonably.
