We welcome you to our beautiful suites of the Shorewater Resort. The grounds of our resort feature a private beachfront, a picnic area with gas barbeques and private patios for each unit. Deposits are required to make a reservation; $50 for a one night stay and $100 for multiple nights stay. Deposits will be refunded if 30 days or more notice is provided.

Communication - amazing. From making our reservation, just before arrival, and during our stay. Both Angela and Stephanie were friendly and so helpful. If they were not available in person ( cleaning other units and on their days off!) , they responded right away by phone or text.
Room - we booked an upper floor unit with 2 beds (sofa & murphy, both very comfortable) on the main floor and bed in the loft. It was a perfect size for my family of 5 (14, 18 & 20 yo). We really appreciated the attention to detail including the privacy curtains in the loft. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates

A very great stay we had this past weekend, 3 adults and 2 young kids. What a beautiful view, beachfront room. The suite was clean and large. Newly renovated bathroom was nice.
Really nothing to complain about at all expect a few minor points -
- murphy bed is VERY noisy, any movement at all and it's squeeky for the whole room to wake up.
-NO coffee filters to use the coffee machine
-Paper towels or napkins would be a very nice touch since there's a full kitchen.
Also, the dishes cleaning protocol is not COVID friendly - they require that the guests clean and put away all dishes, therefor

This hotel comes equipped with everything. Great location with 3 restaurants and a pub within walking distance. The rooms overlook the ocean. Very clean with all amenities in the room: full kitchen, seperate bedroom, small deck. This is not a complaint but it is a little outdated but the price is very reasonable.

The location is fantastic and the rooms are good (note there are no "bedrooms" which makes it tough with kids). The beach was great and right out your back door but the service was VERY disappointing. The manager of the facility was extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced if you needed anything. It is disappointing because it was bad enough that we would not go there again even with the location being so great.

Great location, friendly staff, great service and super clean room! Covid 19 policies in effect made us feel very comfortable and safe staying here. I could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for 4 weeks. It's right on the ocean so you can watch the whales, sealions, seals etc. and take walks on the beach. The view is great and it is clear the staff take pride in making your stay perfect. Thank you to everyone at Shorewater Resort for an awesome stay!

This was a beautiful space right in front of the beach. The view was worth the price. The unit itself is a bit dated, but not enough to warrant a negative review. It was clean, had a full kitchen and enough space to accommodate 4 adults and a baby. Sitting on the patio every morning to catch the sunrise, and a drinking the evening to enjoy the sunset. Perfect.

Surprised by how nice our room was especially for the price. The Murphy bed was very comfortable as was the couch bed and the bed up on the loft. I liked the curtain that you could pull out on the loft to have some privacy. The balcony was also decently spacious and had a very nice view. And of course, everyone was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area. My only complaint is that no restaurants were nearby other than the schnitzel haus.
