Services
I offer professional psychological therapy specializing in individual, marital and dyadic counselling (ie: parent-child, sibling, same sex couple) with adolescents and adults. In my sessions, I adopt an eclectic approach borrowing from a wide range of psychological theory and therapeutic styles. I utilize cognitive-behavioural therapy, attachment theory and psychobiological approaches.
Sessions begin with a confidential consultation. I will guide you through a series of questions designed to thoroughly and comprehensively define your concerns, goals, and expectations of the therapeutic process. Together, you and I will then establish the structure and foundation of the therapy. I believe in giving you feedback and tools to help you achieve resolution in a responsible, timely manner.
