My move took longer than estimated over the phone by two hours; however, it certainly wasn't the guys fault, they were workers. Problem was from my third floor apartment to where they were allowed to park the truck at my Fairview building was 1min 45 sec pointed out by Chris. These guys were great and I strongly recommend them.
Give yourself lots of time and begin packing well in advance. Start with items you will not need until after the move leaving your necessities until the end. The packed boxes cannot weigh more than 50 lbs. Pack your heavier items in smaller boxes and your lighter items in bigger boxes. It's a good idea to use towels and bedding to fill gaps in any of your boxes.

The long and short of it is NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They had attitudes and said they couldn't move us because the stairs were slippery. I didn't want to see anyone hurt so I trusted in Kenneth. What a mistake !!!!! The manager Kenneth called and promised they would be back to move us the next morning at 9am. Guess who didn't show. When we called the manager, he had blocked us. So pathetic! Not even grown up enough to make a professional phone call to inform us they weren't showing up!!!! THANK GOODNESS WE HIRED JPD MOVERS INSTEAD!!! They only got one star so I could leave a review!!!!!!!!

No wrap around the appliances. The top of my washer was deeply scratched down to the metal. Huge circular scratches about 18 in long and about 5 of them. Sent email and called several time over past month but no response from Ken yet. They almost forgot stuff in my storage locker. Also forgot to pack my bags of clothes in a closet. If i hadnt done a check they would have been left behind. New employees not sure on the process. Very disappointed will not use again.

These guys moved me twice; once into storage and then again into my final destination. I could NOT have asked for better service, from Lisa in the office to the Chris and the guys doing the lugging in 35C temperatures. The rate was better than most other quotes and there was no time wasted to pad the final bill. I had nothing broken, scratched or dented. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, to anyone.
