This company truly is a lifesaver.
I was scammed by another moving company for a cross country move and was left stranded during one of the busiest moving times of the year (before uni starts).
I reached out to Thompson’s and told them my situation. Within a week they had me squeezed in to their already packed schedule.
They were kind and very sympathetic of my situation. As well, educated me on what a reputable moving company actually looks like so I can avoid this situation in the future.
Their receptionist is incredibly sweet.
Their quote is fair and not overpriced. The movers arrived

Thompson's recently moved my mother's belongings from her home to an assisted care facility. They were respectful of her things, and courteous from start to finish. Nothing was damaged, and the whole experience was very positive ... especially in light of the circumstances.

I've worked with these guys for 5 years now and even hired them to move my family and I into our new house!
They're careful, honest, professional and they're no slouches either! I trust this company to keep my belongings and property intact and moved on time.

Moving is very stressful for me but the crew from Thompson's were very personable and professional, putting my mind at ease right away. I was totally flustered on moving day and they were very understanding. They were extremely efficient and very kind. I highly recommend this moving company from management to the virtual assessment to the actual movers. Please consider them for your next move if you're looking for a stress-free, professional experience from a company you can trust.

My wife and I were moved from Middleton to Wolfville on 12 August 2016. We want to thank the workers who moved us for a wonderful experience. They worked very hard and acted professionally at all times. Our furniture was moved safely without harm and put in location with a smite. The team seemed to have a good time while they worked tirelessly. We're sure you get complaints on occasion, whether deserved or not. Hello Terry Just wanted to take a minute to let you know our move to Ontario was successful with your colleagues at Allied . Four crew members were here to meet us last Sunday morning, on time, of course, and everything went well. Considering our boxes and furniture were in storage in Nova Scotia from the last week of November, until early January, everything was great! No casualties with our belongings, at all, and the crews on both ends were fantastic. Please pass along our compliments to everyone involved. And, thank you for everything! Cindy C
