I am very disheartened after dealing with Abbey's Smart move. A co-worker who works for one of our storage companies had recommended them, so I called and spoke to Jim Abbey before booking the move. I explained who I worked for and who recommended him, he told me on the phone that I would not be charged for the return time to Halifax. I was quoted a rate of $95 / hr for the move (I moved from Halifax to Mt.Uniacke). The move only took 3.5 hrs as we had moved alot of the boxes ourselves. I was charged $509.86, which comes out to almost 5 hrs. I was not there when the payment was made or
