The Parking Lot Guys Inc. (TPLG) is Toronto's premier One-Stop-Shop full service provider of preventative and corrective parking lot maintenance and construction. Providing parking lot line painting, hot rubberized crack sealing (route & seal), asphalt sealing (sealcoating/slurry sealing), asphalt paving & repairs.
Line painting is not for aesthetics. It's required by law and must be clear and visible at all times, particularly accessibility parking spaces. Understand how asphalt sealing (sealcoating) and using the right product can protect, prolong and save you money. Hot rubberized crack sealing repair is the 'secret weapon' used by successful property managers and owners.
Our Rubber Parking Curbs are used to effectively guide cars when pulling into a parking stall. It is profiled at 4 high, safeguarding potential damage to today's low, front end car designs. They are more resistant and durable than concrete or plastic curbs. Our Rubber Speed Bumps reduce vehicle speeds making parking lots safer for pedestrians and motorists.
On average 15 years. There are many variables involved in pavement life cycles. With a regular cleaning, crack sealing and selacoating plan, asphalt can last up to 30 years easily. In fact handicap spots should to be painted EVERY YEAR! Even if you dont paint your lot. Clear and high contrast paint is part of the new By-Laws.

We are very happy at Scarborough Bluffs United Church! Yesterday, we had our parking lot lines repainted in the standard yellow and our handicap spots repainted. The crew did a wonderful job and our parking lot has never looked better! Thank you for the amazing work on a super hot day!
