Many of our clients have been involved in a motor vehicle collision, a slip & fall accident, medical malpractice, or long-term disability.
Our consultants are experienced in medical/legal assessments and have provided expert testimony at trial and arbitrations. Fox Psychological Services is an authorized provider of services under the FSRA. Psychological services are not covered by OHIP. Our services are often covered by auto insurance, private insurance plans, extended health benefits plans, and services may be covered by Veterans Affairs Canada, Indigenous Services Canada.

Services
Allan Walton is a registered psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. D. program in psychology. He has provided testimony as an expert in court and at arbitrations. He has published in the areas of chronic pain and learning behavior as well as social psychology.
Following in-depth clinical interview and review of all medical documentation, extensive psychological testing is conducted followed by a comprehensive report addressing issues including diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. Our vocational assessment measures aptitudes, skills and interests for clients in treatment where return to a previous occupation may be unrealistic or unavailable.
Assessment comprises in-depth clinical interview, review of all medical/file documentation, and extensive psychological testing. A comprehensive report is prepared addressing diagnosis, level of psychological disability, and on a balance of probabilities basis, causality, future treatment needs and whether impairments are permanent and serious.
We are a long-standing psychological practice with an established reputation with clinics in Toronto and Barrie.
