After looking into different insurance companies and trying to find one with the best rate I came across the personal, after calling and attempting to get house insurance I was denied due to the fact that I have a pitbull. Mind you I have never had an issue with my dog being agressive or mean towards anyone, she loves people and is a huge couch… potato. It blows my mind that a company can deny coverage just based on a bias that a certain breed MAY be agressive. Instead of putting one breed in a bucket maybe you need to look into each scenario because I have been bit more times than I care

Worse company ever. To start My car got tboned in an intersection and was not at fault. When I got the appraisal for my vehicle they added on 30,000 km to my odometer and then told me they can’t check the dash because some one at the lot disconnected the battery. I had to fight them for 2 weeks to change it and re-evaluate the worth of my car. On… top of that it still didn’t cover the loan and the personal representative dealing with my claim went in vacation without handing off or settling my claim or notifying me he would be away

No customer service at all. they sell insurance services in alberta but when you call them for a claim and for general information nobody can answer cause they aren't aware about Alberta's regulations. it's been 9 days since my incident and no incident expert has come yet to make an evaluation. i don't even know yet if I'm covered even if I've provided the documentation required 7 days ago. they proclaim themselves "the best insurance company for military people". i feel stupid they got me that way. not reliable at all

Nothing the worst insurance company out there, I would not recommend your service to anyone because you jeopardize the safety of your customers for a few dollars. Would not approve a rental based but could not tell me my vehicle was 100% safe to drive. I will make it my point not to recommend you on all my social media platforms so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
