I have had the misfortune of contending with this brokerage for the better part of several years now. From internal clerical errors to false charges, Megan Gomes and the manager Judy have been full of unprofessionalism and disappointment. Today, after another error made by their office, I finally had enough and canceled my policy.
Please be aware of the better options out their for insurance coverage and do your research. I am surprised with all these 5 star reviews and question their veracity as they do not at all relay the faults and lack of customer service that seem to be the ethos of this
