I have been a customer of Jenny for almost 21 years now and not once have I seen a drop/miss in customer focused service from her Office (From her personally as well as her associates - Lauren and Rachel). They have always been very responsive and caring, and when needed, Jenny has personally attended to my needs even in the middle of her busy schedule. Very personable. Jenny took the time to explain how to qualify for a lower rate on my auto insurance. I was skeptical at first - having an app on my phone and concerned with privacy. However, I have enough information now to make an informed decision. You won't get THAT from online insurance!

Getting insurance through this company for motorcycle was easy and the price was good. I inquired about two months ago on how much it would be to cancel my motorcycle insurance earlier but found out it wasn’t worth it so I told them I’d continue to pay the months until March when the contract was over.
