Paolo and his team were incredible to work with. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and were able to book me in quickly. They answered all my questions and were very accommodating. David was my technician and he was super friendly and very thorough. He spent lots of time with me answering all my questions and explaining how everything worked. I am so grateful to the entire team! I would definitely recommend Advantage Pest Control :)

Called Advantage because I suspected the ants I saw in my house were carpenter. I called and Advantage were able to come two days later. Tom and his partner arrived right on time and explained everything to me. They were very courteous and kept me informed. They gave me some advice about sealing my deck to avoid further infestation. Zero complaints and I'd recommend them for sure.

My husband contacted them with regards to our bed bug problem. From the initial phone call they were very informative, and eager to help. A couple of days later there was a representative at our house. They were very friendly, and communicated with us everything that was happening, and how to avoid this going forward.
Would highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

I contacted Advantage pest control after noticing some moths in my kitchen . After a discussion with Paolo ( the gentleman that answered my call ) . I was notified I have Pantry moths , Paolo was nice enough to explain everything to me in detail what was needed to be done to eliminate these moths . We scheduled an appointment and he sent one of the technicians and I couldn't be happier .
They showed up on time and performed the necessary procedure .
So far it has seemed to work .

Paolo and the team at Advantage Pest Control were referred to us through friends and it was a great experience. Had issues with carpenter ants, grubs and carpenter bees in both front and back. Quick turnaround from initial call to service, with supportive follow ups to questions as I needed. Would gladly refer them further and use them again.

They were very responsive, answering the phone after hours, and setting up a weekend visit to accommodate our schedule. They were also very professional, and seemed knowledgeable about our problem (bed bugs), and what we could focus on to help deal with the problem. When they visited, they sprayed, set up bed bug traps and steamed items. No sign of bugs -- we are pleased.

These guys are a complete farce. I spent 400 to have trap set up for squirrels, and somehow they manage to botch this simple request.
The morning of the appointment was messed up from the start. The dispatch called me stating they could not get in touch with their 'expert' for whatever reason, and asked ME to ask him to call THEM when I saw him.
Upon meeting the person, he stated he lost his phone at a party the night before!! Really??
Job was completed and the trap never worked. They refuse to remove it, and complete the job. We're been basically duped.
The traps look poorly
