With no prior experience with bed bugs infestation at home, and not knowing how to deal with it, it had somewhat affected me emotionally and mentally for some time. To make matters worse, it all happened in the midst of COVID lockdown. Moe was the service agent that came and assisted us with carpenter ants in out home late May. Moe was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain his service plan. When we realized we had a raccoon problem, we immediately sought out an affordable and effective company that would help us with our issue.
