Pesticon Pest Control Toronto is definitely top notch. I had a great experience with them. The staff understood my problems and sent some of their best employees to help me out. They were punctual and professional. They were very thorough when looking to see how the bats got into my home and were quick to block off the paths. If you had a problem like mine then this company definitely deserves your business.

Pesticon Pest Control Toronto is Great! Jason(one of their technicians) is very professional and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I called them to take care of issues I had with termites in my home. I am glad i found them 2 yrs ago. Anytime i have an issue I will definitely call them. Andre at Pesticon Pest Control Toronto is such a helpful, kind and customer service oriented person! He went above and beyond to answer my long list of questions and did everything he could to put me at ease with our new home termite inspection. Great job and his follow up rules! Communication before, during and after the inspection was great! I'd definitely recommend them!

These guys are the best at what they do!!! In the last decade, I've worked with about four other wildlife control companies, and they don't even come close in terms of attaining long-term results. I used this company for the rat issues I had been experiencing for months. Within a couple of days, they were able to get it under control. I've not had to deal with any rat issue ever since. Super fast and super effective service!!!

When we purchased our treatments we were not advised that we would have to use all 3 within 1 year. We ended up only using 1 and lost our money for the other 2. No one reached out to us to get our home re-serviced and when we tried to get our second service they advised us we couldn't because the year had passed. The one treatment we did use did not end up working as we still were getting beetles and mice in our house.
Update: After leaving this review we were advised by the company that they would provide us with a complimentary second servicing only for spiders. When they got to our place

I'm a landlord. I used Pesticon for a roach problem in a 2 unit rental house. Pesticon sprayed for roaches in both units. Within weeks the roaches were back. The service person didn't tell me or the tenant that there was a 6 month warranty and so when the roaches came back, they tried to deal with it themselves not knowing there was a warranty. 7 months later, the tenant has told me about the roach problem. I called Pesticon and explained the situation. Their answer was: "we can schedule another appointment." AT FULL PRICE. I know what you're thinking, "well

They came to service our small Bloor West house and I agreed to the $250 charge but when they came, the representative apparently (my husband was home, not I) stayed for literally 15 minutes, set a few bait stations and left charging us $300 because he said we have rats not mice.
I called to find out what I actually paid for because I was hoping for some professional advice on how we can stop them from entering the house. The person answering the phone seemed annoyed that I was even calling and was hugely dismissive and clarified that yes all that was covered by the service was setting bait traps

While the service was o.k. I was appalled when the man arrived with a GAS MASK to apply gel, Borax Powder and a flushing agent for a residential cockroach problem. When asked why I was not offered the same protection he noted he was protecting his lungs from day long exposure. Seeing that gas mask sent me into a full scale panic at the dangers of the chemicals being used. As it turned out they were pretty safe ( so they said) but wearing a gas mask seemed over the top and added to my extreme discomfort at having to have an exterminator there in the first place.
