Services
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays.
Our appointments are usually booked 8:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4:30pm on Saturday. We know you are busy and it may be most convenient for you to contact us after hours for appointment booking. During hospital hours, if you have an emergency, or your pet is sick, please call us directly.
Many people are well aware of the animal victims of Hurricane Katrina and other homeless dog problems in the USA. Sadly, most do not know about the homeless dogs right here in our own backyard. A huge number of dogs in Southern Ontario are suffering homelessness due to overpopulation and neglect. These are not 'bad dogs' but just dogs who find themselves in desperate circumstances through no fault of their own.
When you need urgent veterinary care and our hospital is not open, we suggest you call the following Emergency veterinary service. They will fax us documentation of your visit, including reason for your visit, medical notations and medication dispensed, so that we can follow up with you on the next business day.
Wellness and vaccination programs are designed to prevent disease and prolong the lives of your companion animals. Disease prevention is always less costly than dealing with the treatment of a disease once your pet has developed it. An example would be the treatment of parvovirus. Parvovirus treatment can frequently cost 10 times more than a single parvovirus vaccination.

Dr. Marcus Chu is AMAZING. Our 12 year old jug is in his last stage of life. Dr Chu is so sensitive and kind and incredibly compassionate. We are devastated with knowing we have to help our boy cross the rainbow bridge soon, but he has helped ease our fears. He gets right down on the floor with Toby, talking with us and answering all our questions.
I just adore this clinic. Everyone is so kind and you leave feeling like they are apart of your family.

Absolutely fantastic place to take your pets. Was an urgent visit and not even a regular patient. They are So kind and thoughtful. My poor fur baby was extremely ill and they cared for him and us like we were family, his crossing over was so sad but they made us comfortable and showed such compassion. All the staff are to be commended on the wonderful atmosphere and care they provide. Thank you ❤

The place with a big heart ❤. Dr Day is the most compassionate caring Veterinarian. She has made my life and my cats 🐈lives better. She takes the time to explain everything I need to know on caring for my ill cat. The Vet technicians I believe that they both have the name Jenn are the absolute best! Thank you for helping us .

The staff work very hard and you can tell they care about all the animal patients. Dr. Marcus spent a lot of time addressing my continued concerns about my elderly dog and helped me try out many medications. He was very thorough when I brought my dog in. Staff and doctor responded to my emails quick and thoroughly. If you have an older dog then you really need a vet who will put in the time with you to get your companion living comfortably. Everything from exercise, medication, diet, mood, etc is important.

I've been to this office twice now with 2 different pets and have seen 2 different doctors. My experience was great. I felt they genuinely cares about the well-being of my animals. They made great recommendations but did not push anything on me. Very happy to know that our pets will be properly cared for.
