Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
As a first time home seller I had no idea where to turn in regards to the plethora of things they don't tell you when you buy. Julian was always courteous, knowledgeable and prompt in his responses. Worth every penny, and also worth saving a few thousand on fees without sacrificing quality.

Mixed feelings with my Rhino experience. Chose the pay-up-front option in attempts to save some cash and that may have been a mistake. The house sold, eventually. During the listing process and during the selling offers I rarely felt that I received any advice from my realtor, I felt that I was driving the discussion and that the realtor was simply forwarding my messages. When the house did go through a successful offer, I never once received a phone call from my realtor during the transaction, only text messages. Her detailed and professional approach to the listing, showings, and negotiations were a huge part in our home selling so quickly, and for above what we initially thought we would get. She helped guide us through the whole process, and kept us up to date and informed on everything in a very timely manner. Julian is an amazing relator! he was able to find us the perfect first home before it even hit the market. In a hot housing market like today you need someone who is willing to search high and low for the right house keeping your interests in mind. Even after finding the house the process to secure it was smooth- he helped connect us with a house inspector and found a follow up inspector for mold after finding moisture in the celling that gave us the price of mind to finalize the property sale.

An excellent way to sell your property. We have sold two properties with RhinoRealty and would recommend to anyone. If you aren't comfortable with negotiating they also provide help with that. This is an extra cost, but well worth it, as it will still save you money on real-estate commissions. Karissa was professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. A great experience.

We were skeptical at first because of the commission pricing and the cash back reward that we wouldn't get the quality service we needed but we were blown away by their quality and professionalism! Karissa helped us sell our previous home and fought to get us what we wanted and Kristen helped us get into an acreage where the deal was very difficult (forced sale). Karissa is amazing! Our first appointment with her, she was well prepared with pages of research on our house along with comparables. The other realtors we met with had done zero research and basically did a walk through and provided a low ball estimate. We sold our house for more than we all thought it would go for, thanks to her great negotiating skills.
