I own a moving company and we are from the mainland had a major breakdown, called parksville towing and they were on the job pretty quick got our 1 ton towed from Qualicum bay to Nanaimo , I was very happy with timeline and driver as I had 5 staff members standing by to catch a ferry, definitely will use if every needed if future.

We broke down on the highway heading to the ferry to get home to Squamish and even though it was out of his normal area he called his boss and asked if he was allowed to take us to a mechanic in Nanaimo so we could walk on the ferry easily (we were coming back the following week). We were also unsure about where to go and he recommended a affordable mechanic that we had a great experience with! And this was after they arrived early on a busy day! Even if there had been a longer wait it would have been worth it!

After threats of a trip to the recycling center I had to make a decision about my dead battery. No one in busy park had cables and soon there was no one to ask except security who were coming by to start a shutdown of the parks entries and exits. With 15 mins left and expecting to pay a high price for a boost, I called these guys because out of the three to choose they were closer and time was a concern The asked about my battery posts, side or top. That there and the knowledge of how irritating it is to boost my vehicle with side posts only, I was told by a relieved operator that the large booster

These guys are so awesome! They rescued me and my service dog off the side of the highway yesterday after my car broke down! The fella on the phone said my dog would have to stay in the car. I was pretty scared about leaving in the car whilst it be towed, but the tow truck driver was so nice! He said "if he can sit on your lap, he's welcome to travel with us" guess what... the dog traveled with us =)

Rescued me when I broke down on the side of the highway. Showed up quickly and dropped the car off at a local garage. The driver (who was great to talk to) then dropped me off at the nearest bus stop. The guy on the phone was also very easy to talk to. Great service, only reason I don't give 5 stars is the price seemed a bit steep for the distance he drove me (just a few km's).

The best towing experience of my whole fricken life. Our driver Lindsay, bless his soul, picked us up on the 19 when my girlfriends car broke down. I had a bit of heat stroke and we'd had a pretty long day coming back from Hornby and trying to catch the ferry to Horseshoe Bay. He quickly got us going, dropped the car at a shop then proceeded to drive us right to the front door of the ferry terminal pro bono! He was quick, professional and kept us laughing the whole way there. We caught the last ferry of the night with 5 minutes to spare! Oh and did I mention it was the Monday of the long weekend
