Had to get a jumpstart, the guy showed up with a 30' flatbed 5 ton truck got out with a little box in one hand hooked to my battery, started first crank just like always.
From now on, I remove my black battery cable if I am not going to be driving for a while.

After being told by another company I needed to bring them my keys, then refusing to take the job (kinda rude to me as well), I called NANAIMO TOWING and not only were they super friendly but they also did not need my keys to pick up my vehicle! The guy that brought my vehicle was also super friendly. Will be recommending to friends and family and will be saving on my phone if I ever need them again. Thanks Guys! I had to call them two days in a row (having a super weird week with my car) and both times they arrived super fast and were super great. First incident was a dead battery at 7:40 am and second was a flat tire at like 10 pm. Would recommend and would use them again. They had me on my way ASAP Thanks Guys.

I'm brand new to the island and my daughter's Hyundai (2 years old) broke down, she's from Maple Ridge; the Hyundai dealer in Nanaimo did not want to deal with her supposedly major warranty item and convinced her that she should have it towed to Maple Ridge.
