I wish I could remember the name of the kind man who assisted me, but I am so appreciative of his help. 2 days before Christmas, to my horror, I was the person whose car wouldn't budge when the ferry was unloading. To top it off - it was my aunt's vehicle and the panic was setting in.
Between the wonderful BC Ferries crew pushing me off and assuring me that it was a common occurrence, and the efficient and helpful experience Mid Island provided (via BCAA), a stressful night was made 100x better.

This company is absolutely disorganized and unreliable. Ok’d us for a complex job involving us booking ahead a lot of other businesses for a particular time only to send us a driver the day of that had absolutely no clue what was going on, was not ready for the job and refused to do it. And they reassured us a few days before that they will do the job, with extra cost for complexity! After we called the office trying to figure things out and been told we will be called back ASAP they decided to ghost on us and never phoned back. Way to go Mid Island Towing!

If you want to get the job done right and in timely manner please keep on looking and find another company. Lack of organization and internal communication, disrespectful towards clients, this company from the one that people used to rely on and recommend had turned into a circus. If I could allow myself to sound any meaner I would. They will never get my business again and won't recommend Mid Island towing to anyone.

Wow! I've never had such great service with a tow truck driver before. Thank you Wyatt! Our van's tire blew up on the highway and without a spare, we called BCAA. They sent over Mid Island Towing. Wyatt came within a matter of minutes and was super helpful and friendly. He even gave us some useful mechanical advice! Thank you!

Absolutely the best heavy duty towing service I've ever experienced! And I've dealt with many! This was no easy task I was asking from them. We're talkin, 2 ferrys, seaspan plus sub contracted to another towing company to get to the mainland. The guy had my bus aired up and on the land all trailer before I could even get there. This was a real PRO! Kept contact with me the whole way from start to finish. Highly recommended! The Big boss even kept in contact with me the entire time.

So I feel kinda bad because this review is LONG over due and thanks to that I cannot remember the young mans name who helped me.
Once upon a time about 3 years ago.... I blew a tire on the side of the inland highway 10 or so kilometers from where I was headed. By the time I got out of the Van and had a peek there was the old red and white tow truck stopping to see if I needed a hand. This guy was fantastic, it was raining, a less than ideal spot and a extended cargo van. The van had to go on the dolly seeing as it was rear wheel that blew and that poor guy was under my van, soaking in the rain

The man on the phone (I believe his name was Al) was very helpful with questions I had and gave me all the information I needed great service there. And my driver was Wyatt and he managed to manoeuvre the car down a tricky driveway and got the car right where I wanted it. He was very friendly and professional 5/5 will recommend this company to anyone going forward.

I want to commend two very nice gentleman for their exemplary service today.(July 14/21). It was my fourth call to BCAA in just over 3 months with the same problem with my car. They sent Mid-Island Towing to my rescue. How pleased I was to once again be greeted by your knowledgeable and professional employee, Jay, and his assistant, Dylan....two men who truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to troubleshoot and provide customer satisfaction, all with a very positive and upbeat attitude. Thank you to them both for turning an annoying vehicle situation into a pleasurable experience
