We are a fun, family oriented practice. Bring your kids in to see our hidden play area equipped with TV, video games and books. We always have a hot latte ready for our guests. All of our treatment rooms are equipped with blankets and 32 inch flat screen TVs on the celing to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

I am disappointed with their policies in reference to children. We took our son to have a tooth fixed. At the appointment, he became nervous about the needle that was needed to do the procedure. We were told that they usually don't encourage parents to come into the room during the procedure as it makes it easier to complete the process. This implies that they are not interested in the child's consent about the procedure, particularly the use of a needle. We made the decision to stop the process and were charged $150. When we phoned the office directly after getting home to discuss the situation

Please be aware. After expensive long term care and overly zealous care for my six year old I finally disputed a $200 bill. Instead of calling me to discuss he reported it to a collections agency. There is too great a focus on making money and not enough on good patient care and communication. Very disappointed in their business practice. Melissa McAfee

We just moved here and my wife just had a wisdom tooth removed and was absolutely amazed by the whole team. She raved about her dental hygienist and how Dr. Hallett went above and beyond accommodating her, having knee braces on was a challenge which they rose to the occasion. He was excellent at removing the tooth, no sedation, no stitches and no pain. They are are caring, kind and Dr. Hallett has a wonderful sense of humour. Myself and my daughter will be coming here in the new future as well..

I have been going to Discover Dental since I moved to Kelowna and have been highly satisfied on every visit. I have recommended some of my family to go there, as well. Dr. Hallet, Krista, Jesse, and Belinda have always been helpful when I have called or been in for an appointment.
