I was going to be generous and give this motel four stars, although it really only deserves three. That was until an unpleasant interaction with the most unpleasant manager. More about that later. On the plus side, our room was clean and bug-free, the grounds, including a couple of outdoor pavilions, barbecues and a swimming pool, are well-kept, and the price was right. On the down side, the paint is drab, the furnishings ancient, and the walls paper-thin - we could hear every word of our neighbour’s argument with the manager. Yes, the same manager. Now about the incident that revealed dreadful

From bad decore to bad attitudes this place is a want to miss and boy did I want to miss staying here, the locks to the room are barely hanging on the door, the room while clean had an odd musty odor, and the service they say are provided are not (breakfast) , pets come with a $20 a night fee which is unlisted.

Everything is clean and well kept
Environment is welcoming
Even while they are short on staff right now (like almost all business in the hospitality/foodservice industry... they are trying to find more)
The rooms that are available are clean and comfy
Nicer than any other Knights Inn I've seen (port motel was called Knights Inn at one time)
Tv could use a guide to tell you what channels are available and what number they are at
Air conditioner works well
Phone, fridge, microwave in the room

Wifi is hit or miss whether it will be fast or slow, and the TV channels are slightly limited, but the rooms are clean and big, same with the bathrooms. Staff are friendly, and the pool is WONDERFUL <3 Motel is close to Timmies and grocery stores, and only a few minutes from H. H. Knoll park, a great scenic place to have a picnic lunch. Definitely recommend!

Rooms weren't clean and when asked for cleaning products the owner said no also the first morning, asked the owner for a clean blanket and again was told no. He then told me not to come to his hotel because I ask too many questions. This owner doesn't have any customer service skills, I didn't ask him to clean the room, I was willing to clean it myself I just need some products. Don't waste your money here people either go farther down hwy 3 or stay closer to McDonald's.

This is a pleasing repite when away from. While note fancy the rooms are clean and acceptable. The amenities are adequate with TV, a fridge and microwave. The price us very reasonable. While the rooms aren't large they are satisfactorily comfortable. A recommended site for any frugal traveler who doesn't want to sacrifice comfort.

The room was tidy on the surface but once in the room we saw that it was very dirty from the ceilings to the floors also the plumbing was a mess. The bathtub, sink and toilet were all plugged. Lastly the owner gave us the impression that we had gotten a great deal to rent for a full month and then after 1 week told us we had paid for only a week and he wanted more money. Very underhanded, caused us a lot of money we didnt expect to spend and unnecessary stress. Make sure to get a copy of bill at check in time and be sure to read it carefully.

This is a nice place. I was very happy with how clean my room was. It came with cable tv, good wifi, comfortable beds.
The water pressure in the shower was great. The toilet is a little low to the ground. I thought I was going to hit the ground the first time I sat down but it works great.
They charge $10 per pet.
Overall my experience over the 2 nights we stayed was great. I would come back again.
