This is the best kept secret in Niagara Falls....my wife and I stayed here a couple of months ago. The owners are amazing!! Very nice and extremely accommodating...the location is insane!! You are literally a short walk to Clifton Hill...the rooms are very clean and extremely cool!! Love the Cadillac motif... I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Niagara Falls...and the parking is free!!! It doesn't get any better than this!!! Will definitely be back in the future!!!

Very small, but extremely clean room. The beds are more on the jumpy side, but I had a good sleep nevertheless.
TV had a channel with Simpson late night, so that was great.
Parking spot included, somewhat taken care off.
4 stars due to my room (10) having a massive and very loud AC unit that would wake up me occasionally throughout the night.
I’m not sure how’s AC situation in other suites, but hey, now I have a good place to stay at :)

This motel surpassed my expectations. When booking, the lady let me know that it could be noisy at night, luckily we didn’t hear a thing as it was a quiet night at the night club across the street. The room was clean, staff were so friendly, and no extra fees or charges. (Parking was included). We choose this motel because the hotel we usually stay at was so expensive due to the long weekend, but honestly I think that Cadillac will be our new regular place for us since it was such a great place and close to so many things. I will be recommending it to friends and family. Thanks again Cadillac

First of all we all have fun!! There were twenty of us and we booked 5 rooms! Rooms were very nice, very clean , totally unexpected of how nice the rooms are basing it as a motel not a hotelLocation is amazing walking distance to every where you want to go. Staffs were very friendly! Shout out to Lisa she is very accommodating, and no to forget very friendly, she make us feel welcome and made us comfortable in our stay!!! Would love to stay again every time we’re in Niagra. Highly recommend this place at a very reasonable price!!!

Guys don't mind being a 2 star hotel.
It has a old looking but It is renovated and super clean.
For the price is a very nice finding!
I have been to worse 3star hotels and paid way more...
They don't charge for parking unlike 90% of them (from 15 to 25 $)

Retro motel with a great location. Close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants but not in the busy, hectic area. It's on the WeGo Bus route so park your car and use the bus. Rooms were immaculate and beds were incredibly comfortable. The owners were friendly and gave great suggestions on eateries and things to do.

We’ve come to Niagara 2-3 times year every year for about 10 years. We’ve stayed at many hotels. Cadillac Motel is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Super clean. Air conditioner works amazing. Super sweet staff. Comfortable beds. I don’t have one complaint. Will stay here for now on. Bonus is the free parking. Super hard to find in Niagara.

You couldnt get a better price if your tried. The entire place is nice, clean, SMELLED CLEAN. Sheets were clean. MATRESS WAS CLEAN (always gotta check). When we checked in, the front desk lady gave us a map and circled everything we could do in the area and even told us where to get the best prices. The parking is literally right in front of your room and we literally couldnt have asked for anything more. Taco place right in front. Steak house to the right and casino 10 minute walk away. Location was key when we decided on this place, everything else was a bonus. Your right next door to downtown

We enjoyed our stay at the Cadillac while visiting Niagara Falls. The room, bed, and bathroom were all perfectly clean! Each room has its own unique and different style. We were able to see three different rooms during our visit and each of them were super cool in their own special way. One of the rooms had ghostbuster photos on the walls. This motel is in a great location that is within a 10-15 minute walk to the Falls. It was awesome leaving the motel on foot and being able to walk to all of the main attractions, as well as get drinks at a casino and walk right back to the motel. The owners here

On short notice, my wife and I decided to take a two night vacation after Christmas. We started to look into B&Bs in Niagara, but I stumbled upon The Cadillac Motel while searching and I sure am glad I did. For less than $100 USD, we enjoyed two nights in one of the cleanest, coziest hotels I've stayed in. The desk staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. We left our car at the free onsite parking at our front door and walked everywhere for two days. It's an easy 20 minute walk to the falls, 15 to the Fallsview Casino and 10 to Clifton Hill. Great customer service, great prices, super clean and it's close to everything!!!! I was a bit nervous to book a room at a motel because usually motels aren't that clean but I checked out the reviews & pictures of the rooms and it looked good so I decided to give it a shot, I am so glad I did! the motel is newly renovated so its super clean and the beds are comfortable! I will definitely be back again for sure!!! Thank you Ray & Lisa for the great customer service and upgrading my room to the 2 bed for my family and I to be more comfortable.

This motel is one of the first I've ever stayed in. The actual room was great- very clean, cute decor, nice staff, really nothing to complain about and a lovely motel. The reason I am rating it three stars is because of its locatioan. Although it is in good walking distance (about 15 mins from the falls), there is construction going on outside (which a local told us has been going on for two months now), which requires taking a detour. The rooms are immaculate, clean, big, organized, well equipped, microwave, refrigerator, small dining table with 4 chairs, TV with Cable and Free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning was exceptional, very cold and nice. Continental breakfast included in price. Coffee and granola bars available all day! This is a great little motel in a perfect location, walking distance to restaurant, sights and of course the falls. New owners since January of 2017. Room refurbished about one year ago. We had 2 room. Rooms were spotless and decorated modern with a Cadillac mural on the wall above the bed. Rooms have TV, refrigerators, and microwave. The owners are very caring individual who go above and beyond to help you. We arrived before check in and they gave us our room key. They do not have an ice machine, but kindly gave me 2 cups of ice.

Loved this charming establishment that was, clean, modern and close to everything. We stayed in the Cadillac ranch room which was right next to the Elvis Presley room. The manager was very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the free wifi and complimentary breakfast in the morning. Safe part of town and near all attractions and souvenir shops. Falls were just a stone's throw away.

Don't pay attention to reviews from before 2016. The place is under new ownership now and has been completely renovated. My buddies and I travel to Niagara Falls for an annual overnight getaway and we've been staying at this place on and off for ten years.
We had decided against the Cadillac this year because last time the lady who owned the place freaked out a little bit, and put me off the place. But, we decided to price it out anyway.

While vacationing in Canada I visited Niagara Falls and thought it would be a fun to stay in a kitschy retro motel so I booked 1 night at the Cadillac through Expedia.com. I arrived by bus late at night and the front desk looked closed, I pushed the bell and woke up an old lady who didn't speak very good English. She had no record of my on-line reservation and appeared even more confused when I showed her the confirmation e-mail on my iPhone.
