Was through another broker 3 years ago, broker went out of business(retired) 2 years ago and transferred my commercial policy to them automatically, the problem is I received no notice of the transfer or notice of renewal. This year I did not receive a renewal notice until 'final notice'. Not sure what would happen if they canceled my insurance due to non-payment.
When I brought my concern to the person I called they snapped back at me like it was my fault.

My car insurance in the last six years has gone from $800 to $1710.these brokers,and Intact insurance company who they work for a crooks. Just like most insurance companies.

Terible insurance company, instead of working with there clients to make payment plans work and make thier clients happy they make you pay full amounts and almost make it impossible for you to keep your insurance, plus i found them to be rude to thier clients when things arent going perfectly
