I've brought my cars to Classique Auto Spa since 2010. No broken antennas yet, unlike at another place on King Street near Bathurst. I've had detailing, leather treatment, waxing. It's all done well here, and worth the money for those who want their vehicle treated & cleaned well. For those who live or work in Liberty Village, this car wash is the closest and cleanest run option around.

Dean is an angel. He took such good care of me and my car. I got the Silver package, and he spent two hours on a very deep clean, which was sooo much better than the 15-20 minutes other car washes spend, barely making any difference to its condition, for the same amount of money. I will be a regular customer going forward.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This business was close to home, but I was apprehensive about using them initially because of a couple of reviews I'd seen. Well, the experience with them turned out to be as good as can be expected. I was totally pleased with the car detailing work, everything was put back in place exactly where I'd left it in my vehicle (one of the bad review knocks I'd read) and they also attended to a flat tire on my vehicle free of charge!!!! That flat happened between when I left my house and when I arrived at their location. I'll use this car detailing in the future without any concerns....

Brought our car here after my dog had a little accident on one of the seats. Giving these people our car was a huge costly mistake. When they returned us the car a few hours later, the garage remote was broken into pieces and hid in a little pocket, there were a lot of new scratches in the interior of the car, and the fabric had been discoloured (and it still is a week later; I assume from whatever chemicals they used).
Nobody at this "carwash" took responsibility; the woman we initially complained to told us that she's not a manager and can't do anything and she closed the place an hour before

These guys are amazing. I took my vehicle in for a full clean - inside and outside - and they did a phenomenal job. The owner - Dean - was super friendly and him and his team did a great job making the car feel like new again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of getting a thorough wash of their car.

New ownership means this place is no longer worth your time or money. I encountered a rude employee who used profanity when I asked when a policy change happened that forced him to charge me an additional $75 on top of the silver package for a few dog hairs on the back seat.
The employee refused to provide his name, or the name / contact information for the owner. After coming here since moving to Toronto 6 years ago, I'll never go back.

My family has been coming here for years as we all live in the King West area and this place has always been busy every time you drive in you're welcomed by someone and it was a great spot until new management arrived. Today an arrogant and unpleasant person aggressively spoke to us like we were children when we asked to have the usual. This new manager who reluctantly gave his name, VICK, apparently runs the place now and we aren't surprised there was absolutely no cars = business is slow and we are pretty sure we know why. Bait and switch warning.

I called in to book an appointment. I told them that the van was full of dirt and pet hair. The response was "no problem, we have a shop vac".
Halfway through cleaning I get a call that it is going to cost more because of the pet hair. Fair enough, I have a furry dog and he was on one of the seats. However, the cost was to increase by 60%: an extra $50 on $85. I said just do the normal job. The seats didn't even get a once over with the vacuum though. The vacuum at the coin-op takes the fur off of the seat, I'm sure theirs

I have now been contacted several times by the company, but again, they make up any excuse why the damage could not happen there, but the auto body seemed to think it was plausible... and they mentioned nothing to me about how they could tell the age of the scratch, as the car wash is claiming it's "old damage".
REGARDLESS, the car wash itself was terrible. They have asked how to rectify the situation, I said refund my money. But received no response.
Again, use caution with this service!

Very happy with my first experience at Classique.
Their website is well designed and it was easy to see the service they were offering and booking an appointment with them.
When I went to drop my car the groomer was very friendly and double-checked what I have selected. He also asked me when I needed my vehicle back which is nice. I took the silver package ($65). Allow yourself about 1h30.
Once I returned I was very pleased at the result! It looks like the car was straight out the dealership. They did a great attention to all the details.
Very courteous and professional staff.

Located in P2 (three sharp rights and straight ahead) to arrive at the end of the parkade where you will see multiple vehicles parked and being detailed. The woman in the office is very personable and professional. They did a good job on the Silver Package for $70 including tax. The persistent salt stains around the pedals and ground into the carpet require more effort but I expect would be fully dealt with in the $300 package which is probably worth it once a year in Toronto.

Have been to Classique 3 times now...what an experience! Not only does my car come back to me looking and smelling brand new...but they provide exceptional customer service. Always doing what they can to be accommodating, and always friendly.

I wanted so badly to love this place, but I was extremely disappointed. I paid $200 for the silver service plus wax. The work is very shoddy. One of the interior mats was clearly not cleaned, and they missed a lot of spots when wiping down surfaces and vacuuming. It looks good from far, but it's far from good. This is fine for a quick wash, but the attention to detail isn't there for when you want something more thorough.

I would advise to look elsewhere if you want proper customer service. I've been to Classique with my vehicles quite a lot but the idea of customer appreciation and service is pretty foreign to these people and no longer exists. I was charged $200 extra on top of my $200 cleaning after spending $1000's here because I didn't pick up my car on time. Only one phone call and no follow-up calls because its just another way for them to make money by charging a storage fee which is not explained up front or in their service agreements, actually there isn't a service agreement and

I feel like it could have been better, especially with the rave reviews posted so far.
I went in with a Teambuy for the interior shampoo and vacuum. I guess maybe I expected a little more but they did an ok job. The car had not been vacuumed for over a year and they did a good job. Just wish they could have wiped down the dash and the plastics.
Note the Teambuy said shampoo the carpets and salt removal. $34 and you could get a basic exterior hand wash for $15
Their actual packages For these two services are $50 so by getting the team buys you're not save that much money. But I was desperate
