Lawrence has been there for 20 years, does a wonderful, careful make-over, tell him peter with the '74 Vette sent you! I have been going to this place for more then 5 years, Every single time the car get detailed looks like brand new. They do outstanding job and quality never changes. To be clear, I did not think my car was in terrible shape... a bit neglected perhaps, but certainly not filthy. Laurence's trained eye begged to differ! lol So I left my 10 year old (garbage free) car with guys that seemed really busy handling MANY cars waiting for their spa day and was told to come back end of day. Came back 4 1/2 hours later to a car that looked new! These super friendly guys did an AMAZING job. Lawrence is the "Go To" detailing specialist in the City. I trust him with everything from my trail vehicles to my sports cars, and I have never...ever..seen such attention to detail. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their vehicle to have that just-off-the- lot feel.

I am very happy with my experience here! Lawrence was very kind, and the location was great. The price was the best I could find and they did an amazing job. I messaged them and got the wash done same day. It was done quickly, and properly. I brought in a pretty dirty car inside and out and I swear they took years off she looks so good now! Best car wash and detailing in the city. Professional, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. I have been using their service for years. Much better than any other options (gas station and coin washes use corrosive products and are still ineffective; other wash companies don't dry properly, leave spots, slow and cost more). I highly recommend New Image Car Spa. It's a hidden gem. You'll see some cool and expensive cars there too

Another local gem was discovered just 2 blocks away from my house - in a condominium parking garage. When I meet Lawrence he told me that he's been there for 22 years. What a nice accommodating small business owner. I had a slight not to deep scratch. He told me he could buff it out. When I came back to pick up the car, it was spotless, inside and out. It was like driving a new car again. The wife was very happy.

I had a great experience at New Image Car Spa. This place was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm glad it was. Lawrence and his team took care of my car (inside & out), for a very, very reasonable price. It was perfectly detailed, and very well cleaned.

I've taken my car to Lawrence @ New Image Car Spa for a couple years now. Lawrence and his team always do an amazing job detailing my car. The price is very reasonable and significantly less than what Mercedes would charge me. I strongly recommend Lawrence to anyone looking to have their car detailed.

I purchased a voucher and took my boyfriend's car in as a gift. We recently got a puppy so there's lots of hair and a bit of a wet dog smell. Considering the great reviews below, I winged it and purchased the $125 for $95 deal.
I called in on Wednesday and asked if I had to make an appointment since I had a Yelp Voucher. He said I could bring it in that same day. Found this place through YELP and it happened to have a deal. All reviews were positive so I bought it, wanting the express detailing.
I called them and they said they could take me. When I arrived, they clearly were busy but said they would have it ready in a couple of hours. Sure enough, when I called them, it was ready.
They did an outstanding job. The exterior clean is far better than any machine wash (naturally). The floor mats looked almost new again, which is saying a lot seeing as I have an 11 year old vehicle. Everything inside was dusted and polished. Shampooed.

Their location is not as obvious because they are tucked away in the basement of a parking garage but clearly they have a following of loyal customers and referrals because the place was packed with cars they were working on. They took my car in on short notice and did an outstanding job on my car. Reasonable pricing as well !
