Services
Before being known as Kinesis Health Associates, our clinic started out as Alderney Chiropractic, a well known office in Downtown Dartmouth delivering quality chiropractic care to the families of Dartmouth since 2003. For that reason, Alderney Chiropractic became Kinesis Health Associates in order to better represent the many services and modalities our clinic has to offer.

Kinesis Health has presented to our staff on multiple occasions over the past couple of years. They offer a wide variety of presentation topics that can be tailored to our audience's wants and needs. Dr. Ellefsen's passion for health promotion and his vast medical knowledge is apparent in every presentation he gives.
Massage Therapy can help alleviate muscle aches and pains, tension, and stress to name a few. Naturopathic medicine uses a variety of modalities to treat a wide range of clinical concerns. Our new 360° program allows you to have exclusive access to the practitioners at our clinic. A custom orthotic is a device designed to align the foot and ankle into the most anatomically efficient position.

I’ve been having excruciating/debilitating neck and shoulder pain. Today, they squeezed me into an appointment with the owner/chiropractor when the chiropractor I was initially scheduled with was unable to see me. He spent almost two hours with me (another patient booked after me had to cancel). He did an in-depth medical history and assessment on… me and explained every single thing to me in basic terms, every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, one’s overall health, and he truly went above and beyond. All of the staff seem amazing, understanding
