Very toxic, unprofessional, stressful work environment. Also very racist especially to Indian people, the one owner said they only want white English people working for them, so people can understand them. My boyfriends sister who is Indian went for an interview and all they said was "oh your english no good", interview didn't even last 2 minutes.
Constantly micro managed, harrassed, and sometimes others book and it becomes over booked then you dont get a break or lunch. Even while on lunch expect to be interrupted and be put back to work. Also you can expect the owner to call

I switched jobs so my usual places for acupuncture were no longer convenient. I tried to find a place closer to my home and the reviews were good here. This is probably the 5th different acupuncturist, I tried in my life, so I have seen some different skill levels and techniques. This was probably the worst treatment I ever received. I had to do an initial assessment that took 5 minutes tops that cost $60. It consisted of him reading what I wrote on the intake form. This was not covered in my medical plan because he charged me for my treatment on top of the initial assessment and Blue Cross only

Many years ago when my son was 10 years old, he suffered severe pain in his legs which disrupted his sleep. I took him to see Dr. Franklyn Chen and after a couple of acupuncture treatments, he was pain free!
Recently, I have had stomach pain, nausea and digestive issues and went to the Life Care Acupuncture and Natural Medicine Clinic for treatment. After a few acupuncture treatments, I felt so much better thanks to Dr. Li and Dr. Chen!!

I had HORRIBLE migraines and tons of digestion issues. I had a lot of coverage from my insurance, so I thought I’d try it. I came in for a consult and they did an allergy test & acupuncture.
Wow- Dr.Li really took her time and helped me figure out what foods to avoid. I didn’t feel much different right after, but after 2 weeks i can say that it’s NIGHT vs DAY. I actually enjoy eating for once (with no consequences after)!

I have some major concerns regarding their business practices. I was booked in for a cupping massage, which was all I was looking for. They subsequently charged me for both a cupping massage and an assessment (almost double!). Furthermore, I specifically booked in with a female practitioner - for my comfort - she initially laid the cups but the next two times (when my glasses were off so I felt much more vulnerable) a man came in to switch them. So inappropriate and disrespectful of your client to switch their care provider without notifying them! Will not be back.
