I called MG Appliance Services after some bad luck with another shop. I was able to find some good ratings on these guys online, and their functional website was full of information for the consumer which led me to believe they are customer focused.
I called and spoke to a gentleman who listened to my issue and told me very nicely that I need to go to a warranty authorized shop for that make, as the code I was seeing was proprietary and he didn't have the info. He was nice about, and he was professional.
