Excellent service, you can get them on the phone, appointment was made, service tech Dominique arrived reliably within the promised 3-hour window a couple of days later, the problem with no heat in the dryer was identified and fixed within a half hour. One small part (a wire had burned) was needed which he had with him and the minimum half-hour labour charge applied. Very satisfied and very happy to support a local business. Highly recommended.

This store provides parts and repairs for all Major appliances. They were extremely helpful in providing a new soap dispenser for my LG dishwasher and spent some time making sure I received the correct part. I have shopped there for many years and always found them to be extremely knowledgable and helpful.

I rent an apartment with a washing machine. I noticed my washing machine was leaking a lot after every load. My property management company contacted Wardle's to perform the repair. They were able to come within a few days of the call. The repairman was on time and very professional. He found a broken hose and replaced it, as well as cleaned the filter. A couple weeks later, there was another small leak. Wardle's was called again. It was a difficult leak to find, as it only leaked when the machine was spinning with a full load. The repairman was extremely diligent and was again able to fix this

Called for a fridge repair. Part no longer made, fine. Had to place a second call as water dispenser now not working as it did prior to call so technician. I asked if there would be a fee for a fee for a call back visit and was quoted no. Technician returned 3 days later, fixed water issue. Asked me how I was going to pay invoice, I explained the receptionist said there is no fee. Technician rudely stated that he guesses he works for free. Went down to our basement to find that there was water leaking at an excessive rate from above. Called a plumber on a Sunday @ time and a half. He found that
