I cannot recommend Appliance Technician highly enough. They managed to fix my washer very quickly and even came back when I had an additional issue. I called Appliance Technician because I had a minor issue with my washer but needed professional help. Upon calling their office, I was provided all necessary information and was able toy book an appointment in a very short delay. The technician was great, did an amazing job, explained to me what was going on and was able to get my issue fixed. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend and although I'm hoping for no more issues with my appliances, I'll definitely call them again if I have an issue and need help with appliances! Thank you :) !!!

Pavlov was amazing. He explained everything and walked me through the repair process. He also helped protect the floor from damage when moving the fridge. He also spotted another problem and essentially saved me from another service call. The part he replaced was clearly deteriorating. Love the overall service from the initial call/operator to the repair and even the payment. Fair and reasonable pricing. Thank you

All we can say is...WOW! The first contact with Alex-very fast, as promised and very courteous. The service-excellent.
He took a look, discovered the issues, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, got the problem resolved to our satisfaction and, best of all, the price was quite reasonable-no overcharge for a holiday service call.
We definitely will use them again PLUS we recommend Alex to anybody having issues with their appliances.
