Beaton's Towing is a family-owned and -operated business in Lower Sackville. The business was started by Paul's parents, Ernie and Shirley, in 1964. Paul Beaton is the owner and believes in providing the best possible service to the community ensuring that all customers are satisfied. Our professionals have been with us for more than three decades.
Beaton's Towing has a fleet of 17 vehicles ready to serve you, including tow trucks, flatbeds, and tractor trailers, all with state-of-the-art underlifts. We provide towing and roadside assistance in Lower Sackville. We are also affiliated with roadside assistance programs providing lockout service, boosting, tire change and fuel delivery.
We have been providing professional and courteous towing services to our customers as promptly and efficiently as possible since 1964. Beaton's was the last leg of the journey of our ATS from Hamilton to Nova Scotia. The car arrived before our moving truck! Beaton's called, advised that are car was ready to be delivered, dates were flexible and met our busy schedule. Driver called ahead of the drop off, was very friendly and professional.

I’ve used Beatons towing a few times in the past and twice recently. Today I drove over something on the highway and blew a tire. They showed up super quick and the driver Billy was awesome! I had no clue how to get to the spare tire and he had no issues whatsoever. I’ve always had a good experience with Beatons and their prices are comparable and not outrageous. Dispatcher is friendly and pleasant. And any driver that has come, has always been professional and friendly also. Would recommend these guys always! If you need a tow or any of the other services they offer, highly recommended! 5

I want to shout out to an employee named Rob. I locked myself out of my car in Sobeys parking lot with 1 of my children. Rob witnessed me trying to gain access back into my car when he offered to help. On his own time,after his work day, and would not take anything from me as a thank you. The world needs more people like Rob!

I recently used Beatons Towing and I have to say how impressed I was with the entire experience. The receptionist was polite, professional and patient. The truck driver was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. the owner, Paul took the time to help out with an issue personally in an accomodation and professional manner. 100% recommend Beatons Towing.

Not impressed at all. Called for a boost and when they got there their booster wasn't working. Had to leave my car where it was over night and went back in the morning with a mini booster and started right up. Called and informed them their equipment wasn't working and they never even offered a partial refund. Big waste of 90$ and wish I never called them in the first place. Lousy customer service skills and don't know how to remedy an issue caused by there own equipment.
