Halifax Towing

Best towing company I have ever seen. My van was locked inside and I left my keys in the back of the van,I called around 20 towing companies. Ace Towing came,their worker even didn't want to touch the van. But this Halifax towing really tried and did it. Thanks to that young fellow who helped me to unlock the door. I really appreciate it.

Tire change.
I never leave reviews but I was so disappointed with this service. I used it for the first time to change a tire in the city. As the day progressed some thing started to burn and the tire and the car started shaking. When I called the car company they insisted something was wrong with the car, specifically the emergency brake.
Prior to the tire change the car operated without any issue. When I called Beatons to tow the car They indicated it was a problem with the tire change.
Such a disappointment.

Great attitude and super skilled... I wish we could park our travel trailer with as much skill as they did delivering our shipping container :)

I needed a tow the first snowfall of the year. Yay for me. It wasn't urgent, as I just needed my car to be towed to a shop for repairs the next day. I was told that I should have a truck out to me in the afternoon, than it started snowing. Of course with everything in the snow, things tend to get delayed. Bill was excellent with keeping me updated and he still made sure I got my tow. It was a few hours after I was originally quoted, but a car accident is a more pressing issue, and the snow slows things down. Dont be so impatient. Kudos to

They arrived in minutes and went the extra steps to ensure our car, kayak and Thule carrier where going to be safe by storing it inside until the dealership was open. Nice clean equipment and assurance he would take car of everything, which he did. The next morning our car was delivered to the dealer as soon as they opened.

I used HT on a recommendation from my repair shop. After some good service I received unsat service. After my husband called they fixed what they did.

Showed up stayed with me for a few hours until the cops eventually got there, gets a 5 star review for the service i got on scene. thankfully i have insurance, if i didnt and had to pay the 900 $ they charged them i would be very upset. (guess thats why you have insurance)
