As a Atlantis Marine customer, you can be rest assured that all mechanical and electrical components of our boats go through a stringent 99-point inspection. The boat is examined inside and out-and under followed by a compression test. If deficiencies are found at any time during the process, they are repaired, replaced or reconditioned using only genuine OEM parts.

We tried to purchase a used boat from Mark in early March 2021, put deposit down - waited 5.5 months for the boat to get fixed as it needed two manifolds replaced. We were told due to covid parts were taking longer - we called for updates and most often got no call back. We ended up cancelling the deal in July. Now guess what we can't get our $1000.00 deposit back. Mark said he would do right away but he did not and now he does not answer calls or messages. Very disappointed with the service at Atlantis.

This is a company that you want to stay as far away from as possible. They make lots of promises that they have no intention of delivering on. I brought my boat in for some minor repairs, instead of repairing the boat it was stuck in a corner of the lot collecting dust. I phoned many times and was always given assurance that it would get done but, nothing ever happened. After a few months I was forced to find another place that could do the work for me. All Atlantis could do is make up excuses. Mark, the manager, is not a man of his word, have nothing to do with this guy or this company!

NO FOLLOW-UP SERVICE!
We've been left in the lurch by Mark and this company.
We bought a boat from this group at The Calgary Boat Show. Great attention at that time and big promises.
After much delay our boat was finally delivered BUT was delivered with the WRONG TRAILER, NOT THE MODEL WE PAID FOR.
After NUMEROUS calls and emails we have yet to get this situation rectified. Come on Mark- we paid for the swing hitch trailer and would just like it delivered.
A manager should at least answer phone calls and not bury his head in the sand.
Would recommend using a different boat dealer
