The amazing team from Provisions were the caterers for our backyard wedding on September 4, 2021.
Cynthia and the team went out of the way making sure the menu was perfect for our vision. Everyone at the party complemented the food and presentation.
Everyone wanted more of the mini sliders ! Not a surprise because one of the guests said they had 3.
Working with the team ahead of the party was a dream, our tasting at their space in Liberty Village exceeded our expectations.
We would use them again in a heartbeat !

We hired Provisions to cater our wedding just north of Cobourg on Sept 18/21. From the first time we reached out to Cynthia, communication was smooth, and she was quick to respond to any of our many questions via phone or email. We are huge foodies and their diverse menu is initially what drew us to them. By the time we had our tasting, we knew we had to book them because the food was just that good! From choosing the menu, the tasting then the event itself everything went extremely smooth. The food was delicious and all our guests raved about it. Provisions catered the food for our wedding and did an amazing job! We received so many compliments from guests on the quality and quantity food. It was healthy, delicious and beautiful! Cynthia Wu was our coordinator and was very responsive to all our emails and made sure the day-of ran smoothly. The serving and bar staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. An excellent catering company all round!

Can't even begin to describe how amazing the entire Provisions experience was. We bumped our wedding up 2 weeks in advance and Provisions was able to accomodate us without hassle. Cynthia was amazing in helping us select menu items and even went as far as to review our place setting rentals with a third-party vendor to make sure we had selected the correct number of plates, cutlery, serving trays, etc. The food is top notch, the service was outstanding, friendly and professional. We allowed the catering staff of Adam, Chris and Kevin into our home to cook and they left the place spotless! Respect

ProvisionsTO and Cynthia, gave us the best experience a couple could ask for their Wedding. They were able to make changes and were quick to respond to our emails (there were quite a few as per the current COVID climate faced!). The food was amazing and looked like something out of a magazine. I would highly recommend the Provisions' Team for your future event!

After our first tasting with Provisions we knew they were the caterer we wanted for our wedding. The food feels like a perfect blend between fine dining and casual comfort food. Kevin and Cynthia helped us imagine the perfect BBQ menu and it was absolutely delicious. I am still dreaming of the steak, fish, and potato salad especially. I cannot wait to work with Provisions again. Thank you K+C!

We've been so thrilled with our decision to have booked with Provisions for our wedding at The Great Hall last month! Rana, Events Director, has been wonderful to work with over the course of the year leading up to our wedding, she was always super friendly, really easy to work with and got back to us quickly! The wedding went off without a hitch, and Rana, the chefs, and the whole serving team had a huge part to play in all of that.

We had ProvisionsTO cater our wedding and we were blown away. The kitchen staff were very supportive, efficient, and communicative, as were the front of house staff. Cynthia, our organizer, was incredibly resourceful and handled everything from venue communication to rentals.
The food was to die for - Flank Steak with chimichurri and Blackened Honey Chicken with jalapeño salsa were incredible. Our guests could not get enough.

ProvisionsTO catered our wedding on NYE and they were absolutely fabulous! Throughout the whole planning process Rana and Kevin were informative, helpful and provided the most amazing customer service, catering to our special day in any way they could. We could not be happier with the menu they created and the taste and quality of the food. The short rib food station was a hit and our guests loved it! Loved working with Provisions and would recommend to anyone who is looking for delicious, quality comfort foods, served elegantly and beautifully!
