We know that walking through the door of the gym can be overwhelming so we've created a safe and welcoming environment that invites to come as you are. CORE Fitness Club is a fitness community that caters to women with demanding lives, and who care about their wellbeing. Our complete 30 minute workouts provide cardiovascular and strength training that promotes healthy living for women of all ages.
Members benefit from the flexibility of our open circuit, or can opt to join one our scheduled classes. A qualified trainer is always on-hand to coach and motivate during your workout and we are prepared to help you achieve your individual goals. A variety of fitness equipment allows you to modify and adjust your program based on your specific needs regardless of physical limitations or ability.

Services
At CORE Fitness Club, members who actively and regularly participate in our health and wellness programs will experience improvements in physical well-being as well as joy and contentment. As a result these women will feel genuine self-confidence that will support them in achieving life long benefits in body, mind, and spirit.
As you walk into Core, you will see our Strength/Conditioning Circuit - a series of resistance machines. This is the foundation of our program and the beauty is that you can hop on the circuit at any time. Other than specialty classes, there is no specific start time. Each machine is used for a 30 second strength training push followed by 30 seconds of active recovery.
During your regular circuit workout you will be guided through exercises with the intensity for keeping your heart rate in your target zone. Working collectively with fellow women, emphasis is placed on higher cardio moves between resistance machines. Inspiration from your circuit coach ensures you will be meeting your heart-rate goals.
Physical fitness is only one of 3 main ingredients to lifelong health. At CORE, we believe that lifelong health means giving equal attention to body, mind, AND spirit and we are prepared to support you in maintaining a commitment to your lifelong health. This fitness club is the BEST you will find, totally run BY women, FOR women. Its more than a gym. Its a community of wonderful supportive people where you can easily make friends, or just enjoy a solo work out. If you 've been thinking that it's time to get back to fitness, time to do something healthy for yourself, time to put yourself on the priority list, then you really MUST check this out....
