Colleen's fitness journey began in 2014. Like many marathon runners, injuries occurred from lack of cross training. During her time in physical therapy, Colleen learned of the benefits of Pilates. From there she started taking Barre and Pilates classes at her local studio and knew instantly that this was a field she felt passionate about.
Great for a small apartment and neighbor friendly. No jumping or heavy weights needed! The largest prop you will need is your mat, everything else can easily be stored in a small basket or cabinet. In the on-demand Barre Fusion classes you have the option to pick from 100+ videos. Options for everyone based on length, body part, level, props, standing or floor, and style.
What is a Microformer? The Microformer is the home version of the Megaformer. Both are created by Lagree Fitness but for different uses. The Microformer weights in at roughly 50lb, hovers above the ground, has four springs and packs quite a punch for its size! Like the Megaformer, the Microformer has a front and back platform with a spring controlled carriage.

Colleen is one of the very best online Microformer trainers! Her cues are mindful and get me to fire the correct muscles in every exercise. She gives loads of options for added or decreased intensity in every exercise and I always feel motivated to challenge myself in her classes. She also cracks jokes and plays a lot of Pitbull, which lighten the mood when your body is about to shake right off your Microformer. She is an at expert at sequencing, so no need to worry about spending the whole class on your wrists or attempting crazy-impossible-to-do moves. Cannot recommend her enough! Go take her
