We offer classes from sunrise to sunset so you can choose what fits your schedule and style. Our classes host 12-14 people as we want our customers to receive individualized attention so that our instructors can go above and beyond to keep you comfortable with your practice. Services
Punctuality: Try to arrive at least ten minutes early for your scheduled class, to get your mat set up, place your belongings in your locker, and settle in. Doors will be locked once class has started. Don't leave yourself standing out in the cold. Shoes: Upon entering the studio, please slip off your shoes, honoring our space of practice.

Love this studio and the instructors. They offers different styles of classes including warm or hot. Book the classes and purchase class passes through their app. They have a shower available if you are heading somewhere after class. Infused water, blocks and towels provided. The location is a bit far away, but it's worth the drive in my opinion. If they had a second location on the other side of the city (say Lasalle) it would be fantastic.

I fell in love with this space the moment I walked in the door. A real yoga spa sensation filled the air. Amenities like you wouldn't believe either - cold refrigerated towels, herb and fruit infused waters, towels, mats... all FREE. This space offers the most relaxing environment I have ever encountered and I've traveled the globe visiting numerous studios. Of course, what's more fitting for such an outstanding studio space is their talented teachers. All of them, better than the rest! You won't regret a visit. A studio you'll crave! I love you iyoga!
