Services
I wanted to also express my gratitude and heartfelt thanks to you and the entire staff of the centre. We have been touch by many wonderful caregivers at Panda. Our experience since we first started in September of 2007 has been incredible and magical. Jorja has blossomed with knowledge and is definitely a product of your wonderful program.
A number of childcare organizations have established high quality standards that are beyond the minimum license requirements. When a centre becomes accredited, it has voluntarily met the high quality standards and has made a commitment to provide the kind of care, attention, and activities your children require.
Panda children interact with peers and adults; they learn to function as a group member and learn appropriate social behaviour through self-directed activities in all centres. Panda children are given the opportunity to use a variety of physical skills in the gross motor and fine motor centres. The program ensures the child has the opportunity for adequate nutrition and rest as required.
Panda understands the importance of the early years in achild's development. Consistency and continuity of care, by way of primary caregivers, enhances support to the developmental appropriateness of an early childhood program. This consistency and continuity develops secure and trustworthy relationships betweenparents, children, and staff.
All staff at Panda Child Development Centres are qualified educators, in accordance with the Alberta Day Care Staff Qualifications. We require that all staff obtain a First Aid Certificate within six months of employment. All staff are required to submit to a criminal reference check at time of hiring.

I’m so grateful to have found Panda at Ranchlands! My daughter has been attending for 3 years and has come home with a smile every single day. She has gained a lot in terms of age-appropriate learning and social skills.
The teachers are genuinely caring and very attentive to each child’s needs, and the principal Linda takes special time everyday to see that each class is doing well.
When my next child came along, enrolling her at Panda was a no-brainer, I know my kids are safe and well-cared for and so I can be my best at work everyday!

My kid is 4 year old at Panda and is accepted by two private schools for kindergarten after assessments. Two schools gave really great comments for my daughter’s academic levels and social behaviours on her assessment. My daughter learned so many things last few years at Panda and she loves to go Panda every morning to see her friends and teachers.

My daughter has been attending at Panda for the past four months - I am not exaggerating when I say the care she has received every single day has been exemplary. My wife and I looked at several day cares before visiting Panda, and I immediately got a great vibe when we walked in Panda’s door. That vibe was more than fulfilled. You can see it in everything that transpires at Panda - the staff, from the director to the teachers to the kitchen staff, all love children. Both our daughters attend Panda Daycare in Ranchlands. Our older daughter has been there for 3.5 years and our younger one just started a few months ago.
I am so impressed and grateful everyday for this daycare and the staff that make it the exceptional place that it is for the kids. I feel so good about dropping them off there everyday and have no worries or anxiety about the care they are receiving because I know it is excellent. The staff are so caring, patient and loving, always have the best interest of the kids in mind and welcome them in the mornings with open arms and big smiles. Both

I have nothing but great things to say about Panda. Our daughter has been at Panda for 3 months now*. As an example of Panda staff going above and beyond for our daughter: we usually hold her until she falls asleep, and the staff here held her for all her naps (although she needs this less, now!)
Our daughter also has difficulty transitioning away from being home every day, and was often only happy when being held. So the staff at Panda held her almost all day.
Now, our daughter is thriving. She rarely needs to be held during the day or during naps, and last week, she didn't even watch me leave

Our son has been at panda for 4 months. This is a wonderful childcare facility. My son absolutely love going. Linda is a kind person and amazing manager , she works hard and runs the daycare very well. Ms Sadiya is a very nice person and is always pleased to help us to take care of my son when he has food allergy issue.She always gives us some suggestion, and ideas for his nutrition. Ms Najma and all other teachers also are amazing and are engaged with kids. They are kind, patient and truly provide the kids with the best possible care and learning environment. Such a great place - we spent four years here for our twins and were so happy with the care they received. Linda works so hard run the daycare and does it so well, the teachers are so caring, there were great learning activities every day - they are so well prepared for Kindergarten. We will miss this place deeply for so many reasons. It's well established, clean, colourful, and happy. They do surveys regularly and truly care about parent feedback. Nothing bad to say - we appreciate the experience we had beyond words.

Panda day care is a brilliant day care that I have ever seen, the director ms Linda is not only a successful woman but she is a kind person also. Besides, Ms Najma, Ms Sadiya and all the staffs are great and very compassionate. My boys happily attend this daycare every day, they never think that they are away from warm and comfortable environment of our house. I am very happy that I could find such a trusted daycare for my kids.😊

We enrolled our 2 children in Pandacare in July, 2015. Our youngest being 1 and our oldest being 4. We cannot say enough positive things about this program as a whole. Being exposed to both the infant/toddler and preschool rooms, we can honestly say that this childcare is a well rounded facility. Linda, the director of the centre is simply amazing. She is very much involved with every room; taking part in all activities on top of managing the entire place! It is easy to see that she loves all of the children as if they were her own. We have to speak to all of the care team as they are all phenomenal
