Although the restaurant was beautiful service was not. While waiting to be seated we stood around for ten minutes although we had a reservation, couples behind us were coming in and we’re being seated before us. Our entrees came at different times our last one came twenty minutes after we were finished eating. The temperature kept changing we were either shivering or over heated and I had made a reservation to be in the restaurant and but they put us on the patio at the end of the tent.

Other than being pretty I'm not sure what the rave reviews are all about. Food was very bland. The Sicilian arugula salad was the most bland. Grilled calamari was the best thing we ordered but not the best grilled calamari I've had by far. Gnocchi was average, lamb was so plain, just salt and pepper - not even rosemary. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

Went with a group of friends. Service was really good, staff went out of their way to accommodate our large group, and they gave us enough time to enjoy our stay.
However, the food was very disappointing!
The pizza was the only thing that tasted good! Everything else was pretty disappointing.
I guess due to lack of options at a very heavily visited place, gives them the right to offer whatever and know that it will sell!
Certainly not a place to repeat again

My recent experience at this restaurant at Friday harbour. We booked the table through open table via their website. We had a party of 13 and was unable to make the reservation so we made our own separate reservations. We later called and confirmed a large table to seat us a table outside. This review is for their lunch experience.
Food: we ordered a variety of options and I can't say I was that impressed with any of the dishes. The crab burger was extremely dry and crumbly. The pizzas Americana and margarita was ok lacked much toppings and was mostly just burnt. The pasta penne a la vodka

I visited Avenue at FH with friends before Covid and the food was literally tolerable. They actually were unable to cook pasta properly. Of course I was told this is how it is done in Italy. I guess when I was traveling in Italy all the restaurants there got it wrong. Anyway fast forward to July 2021 and I was ready to give them another chance.… I booked a table for 6 for 5:30 weeks in advance and called to confirm at that time whereby I stated it was a special occasion (my daughters 17th) and I didn't want to risk the weather so put us inside. First, ensure you have a reservation (I wouldn't anticipate this being a Covid only thing as it's busy during the peak season). Due to traffic, we were 30 minutes late - we called, they were very accommodating. Arrived, received a TERRIBLE table despite several 4 top tables still open (one comes for the view - our view was the wall) and from there everything went downhill pretty quickly. I'm giving the restaurant a single stars because the majority of the food was very tasty. Cocktails

Great selection of classically prepared Italian food with simple, quality ingredients and subtle flavours. Decent assortment of vegetarian options. Tried fresh baked focaccia, blistered kidney beans with rapini, gnocchi, zucchini pasta and the campagnolo white pizza (substituted olives for mushrooms). Great lunch on the patio overlooking the marina.

Avenue at Friday Harbour is an amazing place for fine dinning and relaxation. No matter what season, Avenue offers a wide range of food and drinks. The specials are highly recommended and the service staff are… all courteous and friendly. My family all had an amazing meal and I highly recommend Avenue at Friday Harbour for anyone who wants to enjoy great food and service.

This gem can be found in the heart of Kleinburg. It is a stunning restaurant with a contemporary design. Due to covid-19, we could not experience the indoor restaurant. They do have a spacious outside heated tent setup. It was very comfortable. Our food was exceptional. The appetizers and mains were well presented, tasty and delicious. Our waiter was attentive and always checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you to all the hard working staff for a memorable night.

Went here for dinner on my birthday. They offer complimentary valet, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant is very beautiful with a classy high end feel and modern decor.
Our server was very attentive, making great suggestions and always had our drinks filled.
We ordered a variety of dishes; oysters, bread, muscles, pastas, lamb, desserts. Everything was amazing!
I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Management couldn't be worse! We ordered a 58 dollar bottle of wine only to be charged 98 on our bill. We call over the manager and all she had to say was "sorry love." We then asked her to bring over the wine lists so we could show her what we saw. We find the wine list where it says 58 dollars for the bottle and she scratches off the whiteout… over top of the 9 and says "see, it's actually 98, the whiteout made it look like a 5." Are you kidding?! She did NOTHING to make up for the restaurant's error and made us pay for it. The food may have been good, but her actions sure left a horrible
