Everything happened between Christmas and New Year's....our dryer quit and the dishwasher started leaking. The dishwasher was a GE and no parts were available. Phil came to put a belt on for the dryer and looked at the dishwasher and fixed it his way!! Now we can dry our clothes at home and have a dishwasher to use and no more problems. Thank you, for a job well done.

I called in with a question regarding damage to our glass top stove. They were able to provide advice regarding whether the stove was ok to use or not and what my next steps should be noting that the next steps didn't result in any revenue for them. They will continue to be my first call when I have any appliance problems, they are most highly recommended.

Early September 2020, Phil installed 5 new appliances in my newly built home (washer/dryer, gas range, dishwasher, & fridge with water line). He was very professional & friendly. Phil was mindful & considerate of my new hardwood floors & even took the time to place all the fridge shelves, drawers, door bins & freezer dividers. Reasonably priced service & no issues at the 5 month mark.

Exceptional Service! Imagine having your fridge die on a Friday! Stores don't have new inventory to pick-up. Deliveries are scheduled at least a week out! Called Phil's. They were booked up, but said they'd work us into their schedule if I was flexible. If the technician needed a part, they had a used fridge for me to consider as an option! Although the tech came and could fix it, I really appreciated was the empathy and solution-minded staff. They're now top of my list of service companies.
