Our architecture/ interior design practice is focused on small to mid size commercial, institutional and public projects, as well as multi-family and custom residential work. In addition to design services, we are always keen to look after the construction of your project.

Services
Unit 7 offers both architecture and interior design services. In order to create built environments that are consistent inside and out, our preference is to look after all of the design related to your project. We still collaborate and rely on the expertise of the many trades, product reps. That said, we do pride ourselves on being team players, and are always looking to expand our network of like minded people and companies in the industry.
In addition to traditional architecture and interior design services, we can and do look after the construction of a select few of our projects at any one time. We have a certified project manager and a site supervisor on staff, both dedicated to building Unit 7 designed work.
Our project management team work right beside our designers and technicians to ensure that your project is realized consistent with the design, in a timely manner, and on budget!Again, Unit 7 still works with independent general contractors on most projects that we are involved in. Depending on the nature of your work, we are happy to suggest and work with builders that we believe to be well suited for your job.

Sometimes we are requested to design something that falls outside the realm of what architects and interior designers typically do. And in many of those instances, it's easier and more efficient if we look after the realization of the design as well. This may include a functional art piece, a one-off piece of furniture or modification to an existing product.
